Empowerland Abilities Online Community Code of Conduct Empowerland Abilities is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, respectful, and supportive online environment for all members and guests. This Code of Conduct applies to all virtual platforms, including forums, group chats, live events, social feeds, and any online spaces managed by Empowerland Abilities. By participating in our community, you agree to uphold these standards and help us maintain a positive for everyone. 1. Core Principles - Treat every member with respect, dignity, and kindness. - Use inclusive, non-discriminatory language in all communications. - Foster a welcoming community keeping discussions constructive and solution-focused. 2. Prohibited Conduct To protect the safety and integrity of our community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited: A. Harassment & Bullying - Threats, intimidation, stalking, or abusive language. Name-calling, slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks. - Sexual harassment or any unwanted, inappropriate advances. B. Solicitation of Illegal or Inappropriate Services - Absolutely no promotion, solicitation, or sharing of adult-content platforms or services (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar websites). - No requests for, links to, or involving illegal services or activities. - Posts that include or encourage sexually explicit material are not allowed. C. Offensive or Inappropriate Content - Sharing nudity, sexually explicit material, violent imagery, or graphic content. - Encouraging or facilitating illegal activity, including hacking, piracy, or substance abuse. D. Spam, Scams & Security Violations - Spamming links, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions. - Attempting to deceive, impersonate, or scam other members- Sharing malware, phishing links, or other harmful content. E. Privacy & Safety - Sharing anyone’s personal, private, or identifying information without consent. - Recording or streaming online sessions without permission. Any behavior that compromises the safety of members—especially minors and vulnerable participants. 3. Protecting Minors & Vulnerable Members - No sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate interactions with or about minors—zero tolerance. - Members must comply with all relevant regarding child protection- Any violation will result in immediate removal and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. 4. & Consequences Empowerland Abilities reserves the to take the following actions at our discretion if a member violates this Code: - Remove or edit posts/comments. - Issue warnings or temporaryensions. - Permanently revoke membership or online access. - Escalate serious violations to law enforcement when necessary. 5. Reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially whenever possible. 6. Acknowledgment I acknowledge that I have received, read and understand the Empowerland Abilities Online Community Code of Conduct.
